Relationship Therapy.

Whether you’re dating, engaged, newly married, or have been married 35+ years, I can help. The average couple waits approximately six years before addressing their issues in counseling. Like other health concerns, early intervention is key, so stop waiting.

I have completed externships in both Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and in Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples with Dr. Brent Atkinson (www.thecouplesclinic.com).  In addition, I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training for Relational Life Therapy.

I offer both remote and in-person sessions for couples.

Individual Therapy.

I see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I also see clients that are simply looking for an unbiased, new perspective - someone to push them outside of their comfort zone.

I offer both remote and in-person sessions for individuals.

Heal Beyond Talk Therapy with Brainspotting.

What is it?

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body based therapy that helps process and release trauma, grief, anxiety, and other deeply held emotional pain. It uses eye positions to access where experiences are stored in the brain, allowing healing at the root level.

Who does it help?

Brainspotting can be an effective treatment for clients dealing with trauma and PTSD, anxiety and panic, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and performance blocks (sports, work, creativitiy).

What are the benefits?

Brainspotting is gentle and client-led. The therapist guides clients to notice body sensations and eye positions that connect to stored experiences. Clients aren’t required to relive or retell painful memories for healing to occur.

My training.

I have completed Brainspotting Phase 1 training and integrate it into my counseling practice.
